Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified where possible.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities in South Africa: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders, as advertised on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect delivery information
- Customer unavailable to receive the parcel
- Failure to collect the parcel from the courier
additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Where appropriate, we will investigate the matter with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within South Africa.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
